145 Perry St.

145 Perry Street is a ground-up hotel and retail development located on the premier street in the desirable West Village neighborhood of Manhattan. Designed by the award-winning architect Morris Adjmi, 145 Perry will be an 8-story, 93-key boutique hotel with a restaurant and spa at the base of the building. The property is being developed in partnership with BD Hotels (owner/operators of the Bowery, Mercer and Chambers Hotels, among others), who will be the operators of the hotel upon completion.

The Sponsor acquired the site by separately purchasing the six individual units comprising the existing commercial co-op. Located in the Greenwich Village Historic District, the development required the approval of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, which was obtained by the Sponsor in the second quarter of 2008. The only hotel in the West Village, 145 Perry is designed to respect the historic context of the neighborhood while also asserting a distinctly modern identity.
