Thousand Oaks Loan – Acquisition of a single performing commercial real estate loan with an unpaid principal balance of $11.25 million on behalf of Colony Capital, LLC from Bank of America in an off-market transaction. The loan is secured by a 60,000 square foot office building in Thousand Oaks, California.
Florida Loan Portfolio – Acquisition of 11 commercial real estate loans with a total unpaid principal balance of $33 million on behalf of Colony Capital, LLC through a competitive auction process.
